Yoga-Yoga Bear

My workout schedule has been stepped up to a new schedule since I'm on week 4, so today was yoga. I'm learning to like this workout more, and I'm able to do more and more moves, I'm no gumby, but I'm doing them! I love the meditation and cool down at the end, you're so calm when you get done, you don't even feel like you just did an hour and a half workout. I did the stretch video last night since I was so busy, and it was late, so I didn't do anything too high impact. I ordered another set of workouts from beachbody yesterday, I can't wait for them to come in. I got the dance workout series, I've always loved dancing and I think it'll be an amazing addition to my p90x workouts. Momma's gonna get her groove back! Got out and played a little basketball yesterday too which was great. I think I may try the chest and back workout tonight. We'll see how time goes after a night at the ballpark again. P90x-Are you bringin' it? I sure am!
