Almost there!
Today was Stretch X and I added my usual ab weight reps and 10 more pushups, trying to get that a normal part of my routine now. I cut two of my carbs out just until I weigh in, then I'll put them back and step up my reps. Last night I did a round of stretch as well, I'll be glad when my new videos come in so I can switch up a little bit. I think I'll do shoulders and arms tonight. Just to keep those maintained. Can't wait to get past the 30 day countdown and start on to day 60! I try to squeeze in little moves or reps during the day in whatever project or chore I'm working on, it's really become second nature to do that, I dont even realize most times until I've already done it. Even backing up the truck is a move that I use in Stretch X. Now I just need to get some sunshine on myself and get a new tan to go with the new and improving me! All in due time I say.
