Pre Easter Yoga

Well, well, well. I got my chi on today with my hour and a half yoga workout! Wow, I am slowly getting more flexible and balanced, so am able to do some more of the moves, and I can feel it! A couple of them, I still have to support myself on, but in time, I will be a yoga black belt, haha! I was able to go to the plank position more today, and that also in time will hopefully become easier. I did another quick round of Kenpo X last night. I'm loving the double workouts. Its a good way to start my day and wind down my day. I will probably do core or something tonight as a workout, just to switch it up. Maybe now I'll be in better shape to go hide easter eggs with the kids today! I finally got my first compliment from my husband last night, he said "I'm proud of you". It means a lot, but I have to say, I'm more proud of myself. I'm doing this for me, for the right reasons, and doing it the right way. I'm just getting started, I don't want to spend another day of my life feeling and looking the way I used to. I've not only started a workout program, started a diet.....I've changed my life, I've changed myself, I've changed the way I live...for the better! Join me if you want to live this type of life and never look back at where you've been but if only to see how far you've come!
