Working through my injury

Well guys, I was right, I have obviously pulled a muscle that runs from beside my knee down the inside of my leg to my ankle, don't know the name of it, but it's name is "sore" for now. Just sensitive when I put weight on it. So I did a very light yoga this morning and my weight reps, I did weight reps and a few ab moves last night. I'm hoping by taking it easy that it will get better. Maybe I need to ice it or heat it later today. I want it to get better because I still want to try out my other dance aerobics, I think I hurt it disco dancing, imagine that haha! Guess I did the "afro" a little too hard! I've got to get me some heavier weights, I started this whole thing with 5 pound weights, moved up to 8 pound weights, and their just not enough now, so I plan on getting me a set of 10 and 12 pound dumbells. Diet is good, still only having wheat bread with dinner before my night workout, eggs and a meat for breakfast, 8oz shake and 2 string cheese for lunch and fresh fruit as dessert with dinner. Yummy! When I went to the doc for a checkup the other day, it showed a higher weight loss, but I havent recorded it at home since day 30 and he was glad to see that I was finally on track to getting a hold on the problem I've been complaining about for years...the weight, the joint pain, the tiredness, the depression, all gone thanks to my new lifestyle! Now if I can just get this knee muscle thing fixed! See you tomorrow and hopefully I'll be back to full force!
