Aaaah, stretch X on a Saturday morning

It is such a relaxing way to start your day. Stretching for an hour, is there anything better, you're getting a workout, but focusing on keeping your muscles loose and limber and you feel wonderful afterwards. I also added my weights and ab workout afterwards, I am definitely feeling that in the mornings, but as soon as I start working out, the soreness goes away. Did some more shopping yesterday, bought my first sleeveless shirt to wear in years! My arms are still too big for my taste, but way better than they used to be. I am going bowling today, so that should get me an extra workout in. Hopefully today will fly by fast, I'm ready to be rid of guests, and I get to see my husband tomorrow! I plan to do dance, weights and abs tonight. So, I will see you tomorrow to report in on how that went! Have a great day!
