Bringin it again!
Good morning, today was stretch X since I had such a long and amazing workout last night. This morning along with stretch x, I did my usual weight reps, and crunches. Loving the 12 lbs weights, I won't be on those long though, and I'll have to move up. Last night, I did a round of dance party by myself, then the kids asked to do a workout with me, so I popped in the disco dance and they could NOT keep up with momma! haha. So, I put in the mark move and groove and did that with them,and laughed so hard at their lack of rhythm, must've gotten that from their father! Then they wanted to do weights, thank goodness I have three sets already, so I showed them some easy weight moves, and showed them some moves with the stretch bands, and told them they could each have a set of bands and weights. So, I got an incredible amount of workout last night, a little sore this morning. We have another birthday in the house tomorrow and more guests coming, but I'm not cheating! It doesn't even bother me anymore, I'll get the occasional craving for chocolate (like last night) thanks to female hormones, but other than that, which is a minute amount, I have done perfectly! Go me! Got to get me some more work out clothes while I'm out shopping today, they're either too big, or I'm tired of having to wash every day! haha. See you tomorrow!
