Missed a day, but I'm back

Sorry guys for missing yesterday, we've had tournament games all weekend, some shopping to do, and ended up in the ER last night with a baseball injury. However, I do have some great news, I weighed yesterday, even though this is my main week to retain all kinds of water, I've still lost another 4 lbs!!!!!!! Woo hoo!!!!! I went and bought me two new swim suits, and it's not a mu-mu this time, still not a bikini, but hey, I'm getting closer, I dont look like a beached white whale anymore! I'm planning to take the kids to the water park next week to get my swim and tan on, so no cover up mu-mu this time either! Diets good had another great salad yesterday with grilled chicken and bacon vinagerette, it was delicious! Going to work in the yard some later, so that'll be a little extra workout. Going to go get ready for the day so I will see you tomorrow, I promise! P.S. I just realized I didn't even mention my workout, I did dance weights and abs this morning and will do them again tonight. Now, I'm done!
