Mothers Day Cardio

This will go on record as my most successful Mothers Day yet. Before I always spent Mothers Day wishing I was in shape, thinner, a better looking mom. Not this year, I'm steadily on my way now! I'm proud of myself and I know my children are proud of me too. I did weights last night, and I impressed myself. I had been working out with 8 lbs weights, and finally bought me some 12 lbs weights yesterday, and I was afraid I'd be sore, and NOPE, I wasn't! I did all my reps with the 12lbs with no problems. Guess I'll be moving up again soon! This morning I did cardio and my weights. I'm going to spend this Mothers Day with my children working in the yard which I love to do, yesterday I even took a dip in the kiddie pool and tanned for a while! May do that again today, I'm in no hurry, today is a day for me and my children! I'm slowly getting closer to my day 60 check in, can't wait! I can't believe I'm halfway done with my first 90 days! I feel great and will continue to feel even better with every inch and lbs that is lost! I'm Bringin it, are you?!
