Kenpo X kickin it out

Gooooood Morning!!!! Great workout this a.m. I did Kenpo X, my knee is feeling much better, not complete yet, but much better. I also did my weight reps which I add a few moves to each time, whatever it takes to feel my ab muscles work, and I try to work all the arm muscles, which I'm definitely seeing a difference in both areas. Last night I did "booty time" dance aerobics and weights for the third time yesterday. I snuck in a lunchtime weight round. I'm still determined to not buy any clothes yet, but my clothes are looking more "frumpy" the bigger they get. I guess I'd still rather be frumpy than look like I used to though. I would looooove to get down one more pant size before July. One reason I keep working on my abs so much, trying to get that waist down. That is a short term goal. Long term, I still have about 80 lbs to lose to be at my "ideal" weight. I've got a year to get to that goal and I have no doubt that I will make it. Great diet, turkey burgers tonight, gotta go get some fruit and stuff to stock up, and loving the sugar free jello as a new treat every now and then. Still getting my calories, low carbs, and high protein in every day. I'm bringin it, are you?
