Late start but good news....

Well, I got a late start today thanks to my knee injury. I woke up and it was hurting pretty good, then I went to move something with my foot and it was excruciating, so I said thats it, I'm going to get it checked out. I was worried that I had really messed myself up. The doc said I just tore a cartilage ligament though, that I could still work out, just to take it easy on that leg until it got better which is great news. Also, I had been to the doc less than a week ago, and weighed in two pounds less today, I haven't weighed in at home yet, planning to in the next couple of days. Last night I made myself do weights, and today after I got cleared by the doc, I came home and did most of the core workout, I figured that was low impact enough, then I did some major weights, and will do more tonight. I still need to get me some larger dumbells, but I've just been doubling up with the two sets that I have for now. Hopefully, my knee will get better soon cause I'm ready for my aerobics again! I'm not quitting, I'm not giving up, I will not fail. I've come too far to go back. I will hobble through until my leg is back to normal and bring it like never before after that. Hopefully no more injuries!
