Rainy Day Workouts

Well, I guess I just totally forgot to blog yesterday. Didn't even realize it till today. Yesterday I did stretch X and weights, and last night I did Rockin Body cause my leg was feeling better, but now It's sore all over again as of this morning. I did weights again last night. Today was legs, back, abs, weights, and tonight I will add another workout. My energy level is coming back up, wish the weather was better so I could get active outside more, we've had nothing but rain for 24 hrs now. Hopefully that's over with. I would love to add some running to my daily workouts, but its' definitely something I'll have to work up to especially with this bum leg. I've never been a good runner, but I figure I'll start around the house, down my road, then work up to farther lengths. I will be weighing and measuring in again soon. Dont' know exactly what day yet, but I will keep you updated! See you tomorrow, hopefully the leg will be better!
