Day 2
Wow! is all I can say when it comes to the P90X cardio workout! I slept sooo well last night after my first day workout, when I woke up, I was quite sore and was worried I might not be able to do much today, but a hot shower and plenty of stretching and warm ups before the workout did the trick. All soreness was gone after a couple of minutes! You sweat, breath, and keep moving through the cardio workout. Its a combo of yoga, cardio, kickboxing, and core moves that works every part of you. I'm loving the kickboxing moves, can't wait to make it to that workout. Some of the moves I realize that it'll take me a little bit of time to fully get the moves down, I looked like I was having a seizure through some of them, but I figured atleast I was moving! haha! Now, for shower #2 of the day and finally some makeup on this scary face! haha! I'll see ya tomorrow!

As they say in the Army (which I know you have heard before)... "Pain is only weakness leaving the body." Sounds like you are staying on top of things here and just keep up the work and the results will prove themselves very shortly.
